This may sound weird, but you can use toothpaste. Sometimes, if I run out of my Clean and Clear Persa-Gel acne cream then I will use it on the affected areas on my face. I'm not sure if it would work for acne on your back but you may as well try it! Smother it on the affected area and let it dry. I suggest doing this before bed that it has longer time to heal or sit. Wake up, and wash it off!

When you shower, don't let your hair rest on your back. When your conditioner is in, maybe put it in a clip so it won't clog the pores. Rinse out your hair at the end, then put it up again and wash your back with an acne treating facewash :) I have the same problem and this helps me! And clean that area every day!

Clean bedsheets and exfoliate! don't moisturize your back, dry the buggers out! I get it too, if I get sweaty and don't put on clean clothes after... clean bedsheets though are crucial!!

Don't let your hair on your back because he makes you back hotter. And let hot water run on it in the shower. Try exfoliating too.

Body Shop has a tea tree oil wash that should help. You may also want to explore washes with Benzoyl Peroxide. Most drugstores carry washes to target body acne.

Lydia is right...exfoliate daily. I'm big on DermaDoctor scrub.

I use benzoyl peroxide, but it totally dries out your skin so use a good moisture! Benzoyl Peroxide is also really cheap but it takes about a month time to see some effects, so maybe it's too late for you already :/
Also, I see that they cause some kind of acne 'scars' but if you use coconut oil they'll disappear :)
