Hi girls :). I have been doing some research on the benefits of drinking apple cider vinegar as a daily supplement. I just purchased a bottle of organic acv from a local Amish store... Just wondering if if any of you have opinions on this/ also use it? Thanks in advance 😊

Just remember, like most things ( coconut and olive oil etc.) you need to make sure the Apple cider vinegar is Raw, and unrefined to get the most nutrients out of it. Google Bragg ACV. :-)

I have been drinking apple cider vinegar for a while now, I love it. It helps me with my joint pain in my knees, hips, and even hands! That's where I notice it the most benefit wise. There are a crazy amount of awesome benefits of ACV! I found an awesome recipe too that makes drinking it more tolerable and even enjoyable! I put two tablespoons of ACV in 8 oz of water and I add 2 tablespoons of organic lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and one packet of organic stevia sweetener. Mix it up and enjoy! :) I drink it through a straw because the acid in the ACV and lemon juice can breakdown enamel in your teeth, so the less it is in your mouth the better.

I have been using it in addition to a few other things. It does help with water retention. It has not melted off any pounds. But, I'm growing fond of the taste...weird?!?
