So I had asked one of my best friends to come get a pedi with me but she refuses because she has a wart on her toe I wish I could help her but I have never had one before. Does anyone know how you can safely remove a wart on your toe? Lets help her out yeah? :)

Ah tell her to not worry about it! Firstly, the people who do pedicures are used to seeing some not so pretty feet and even deal with men's hairy feet (yes men get pedis too hahah). I highly doubt a little wart will make the nail artist think anything of it!

The drugstore has band aids by Compound W that are medicated with no mess. If those don't help, she should see a derm. Warts can spread or get infected.

But anyway, when I was younger I had like.. 7 warts on my hands and 1 on my knee compliments to my old childhood friend who so nicely allowed me to contract the warts myself x-) I had them professionally removed at the doctors.. But I know they have some great products in stores which can be used to sort of "zap" away the wart. The only gross part is the time when the wart sort of turns a black ish color before it falls off. Yes this is nasty! But girls gatta do what a girls gatta do :)

Dr scholls had wart remover you could pick up at a drugstore. I used to have a bunch on my feet but I just attacked them every day with the freezing stuff and they went away.

You can get it frozen off at the doctors which will probably get rid of it quickest or buy another product at the chemist there's one called wartner which freezes it off if she doesn't like pain you can get stuff you kinda paint on it. takes a bit longer but it works. but I wouldnt suggest getting a pedi before it is gone because I'm a beauty therapist and we actually got taught that if someone has a wart on the area you are treating you have the right to refuse to do the treatment until its gone because its a virus so if you are using all your nail files and other equipment it is really easy to spread the virus to possibly other clients or to yourself even if you sterilise your equipment after you could still spread it onto the therapist. I had a wart on the back side of my hand and it was there from middle school till high school. and it just fell off the summer after graduation. throughout the whole time none of my friends got the virus. I did cut it off the first time it appeared and it grew back bigger and rough to touch. I aslo tried the duct tape maethod and compound w.

Wart off is good. or have it frozen of at the gp which is painless,it dies tingle slightly afterwards and takes available few days to dry out. I've had the same issues and used Wart off every time it has worked for met in different areas-toe,inner thigh area.
