You could try a salt scrub with a little water then apply an ice cube :)

Cut an Advil liquid gel in half and apply to the zit! It gets rid of redness and pain!!

A few times I day I apply the hottest water I can stand to the spot and leave it till the cloth cools down, it really helps shrink it and get rid of redness, a huge under the skin pimple disappears in 2 days with this method.

Yes, the salicylicate in the aspirin helps reduce inflammation. It even works for piercings if they develop a little bump that most new piercings do. Same concept. But the liquid gel kinds work also though I haven't used them. Tea tree oil is another huge helper.

Put an ice cube on it and some tooth paste. If you have spot treatment, apply that. Good luck! :)
