Your English is great! rinse with cold water, put in pony tail, and use a leave in conditioner and in the morning use a hair oil to tame fly aways =)

I'm not positive what do you to control frizz while you sleep but in the morning using any type of hair oil helps a ton. My favorites would be Oribe's Royal Blowout or their Goldlust oil. Amazing stuff.

L'oreal extra ordinary oil works on wet or dry hair and doesn't even make your hair or hands feel greasy afterwards! I have really frizzy hair and it works well.

You can buy frizz serum to control your frizz and when you go to bed tie it loosely with a scrunchy. Don't use a regular hair tie otherwise it might damage your hair.
