Ok so I have really oily skin and its dry and flaky to when I have makeup on... I put lotion on before my makeup to.. And I think I'm hydrated... And my eyelids and under my eye is really dry to but I put lotion on... What can I do to fix this??

What skincare products do you use?
An exfoliator would help (1-2 times/week)
Honey & Oatmeal or just oatmeal works great

I use noxzema which has exfoliating stuff in it.

Do you use the noxzema everyday? That is probably your problem, you should not be using things with exfoliaters every day, try a gentle cleanser and use your noxzema once a week

Noxzema is actually quite a harsh cleanser, maybe look more towards aveeno and Spector gel cleansers they are much more gentle

I don't use the exfoliater one everyday actually.. And noxzema is the only one that worked on my acne so I can switch it.

Spectrogel is amazing it is gentle and really 'calms' sensitive acne prone skin.. however it doesn't seem to thoroughly wash off some long lasting foundations
