Hi everyone,
I'm on the look out for a good makeup remover. I currently have the Lancome Bi-Facils and the Clarins Instant Eye makeup remover.
I'm also looking for good makeup removing wipes. Neutrogena and MAC give me a slight tingly/burning sensation.

Ivory soap. No, I'm not kidding. Ask people who wear stage makeup.

Please don't use soap. If you leave a bar of soap on a dish for a little while the soap with dry out and start to crack. The same effects will happen to your skin. Stage makeup is usually wax based and way heavier than daily wear. Bioderma is excellent for the face but be weary about getting it in your eye. I just had an adverse reaction taking liner off my waterline! Vichy biphase is great as well as Biotherm, Shiseido, and Anna Sui.
Korres have great wipes as well as Lise Watier (if you are from Canada) and Philosophy. Hope this helps :)

I was going to recommend the Neutrogena ones, but those are ouchy for you. I also like the Lancome Bi-facils, so kudos to you!
I think the Estee Lauder Gentle Eye Makeup Remover might be a nice fit. It feels more water-y then oily and is easy on the eyes. Wipe wise, I've found nothing better than the Neutrogena ones. I would scout the MU wipes reviews on here though.

I use Sephora's waterproof eye makeup remover everyday. I tried the Almay swabs with remover inside them, but they made my eyes itch. I wear contacts, and the Sephora doesn't bother my eyes at all. Good luck!!

Well that's absolute nonsense. Soap is what people have washed with for hundreds of years, and Ivory soap is pure. There's no ingredient in it that will break you out, sensitize you or otherwise ruin your skin. It will remove and degrease just about anything, regardless of how much primer or foundation you put on, and I've never found it to be drying, even in the winter when my skin leans more toward the dry spectrum. Not only that, but my breakouts calmed down considerably after I started using it. In any case, you're supposed to use moisturizer regardless of what kind of cleanser you use.

Makeup wipes are like 10 bucks for a pack of 20. Baby wipes are basically the exact same thing, but better and cheaper! They work aweaome
