I have had every type of extension and I keep going back to no do f them in! I do it myself and just keep the glue handy so if a track gets loose I just fix it! To take them out don't use oil and hot water it will just make a mess!! I apply conditioner and rub into the track and they slide right out!!

Use salon pro. best hair glue ever. it should last about a week or 2. depending on how sweaty your scalp gets.

Have you tried clip ins? You may find them a little more suitable, but it depends on how long you plan to wear them as well as how oily your scalp/hair gets.

Is glue really bad for your hair if I'm using full tracks.
