I know I should but I straighten my hair almost every day.I don't want to cut it yet, and I use a Moroccan oil... Any other ways I can reduce split ends?

The only way is by cutting it if you don't, the split ends is going to start spliting right up to your new growth. And if you do cut it you have to try to reduce how much heat you put on your hair. try going for styles that don't require heat like curly hair using techniques like (pincurls , braid outs) or if you refuse to cut it try deep conditioning your hair more frequently; that will help keep the split ends from traveling up to your new growth faster but it won't work if you keep putting so much heat on your hair ( remember split ends is basically burnt/dry hair thats split if you hydrate it its good but pointless if heat is put on it again :/

Cutting them won't make your hair longer if that's what you're looking for. Everyone has split ends. You'll get them even by brushing your hair. If you get a hair "trim" every few months or so, your hair will always be the same length. Try to stay away from heat products as much as possible. If you use coconut on the ends of your hair it will rebuild the split ends. Hair trims aren't a necessary thing for healthy hair. If you want to get a trim to start fresh by all means you can, but if you want to keep your length all you have to do is treat it with coconut oil.

Use a really good heat protectant every time your put heat of your hair. And there is no way to seal up a split ends the only thing is to get a trim so the split ends don't travel up and use good shampoos and conditioners and look into deep conditioning treatments

Don't use a lot of heat on your hair. I stopped using heat everyday because I had gym and had to put my hair up. Plus it makes it grow and less split ends. Try and do heatless styles.
