No red lipstick (or other brights) for an interview, it can be perceived as "too sexy" or "loud". You want to be as bland as possible, but still pretty. Think flawless face, neutral eye shadow, nude lips. For clothes, no bright colors or patterns, no exposed cleavage, and NO denim (no matter what color it is!). Flats or low pumps. Don't forget your fingernails, the little things like that show that you pay attention to detail. Good luck!
