Contouring Highlighting Nars

So I recently bought a starter kit from Nars mostly bc it had two products I especially wanted. I just need advice on how to use it... I know how but I just can't get it perfect. I want to contour and highlight with these. does anyone have any pics or videos or explanations? I can't find any highlighting info without the concealor method. Here are the two products:

To highlight with that, you'll just put it on the high point of your cheeks, down the bridge of your nose & cupid's bow. You probably could add that illuminator into your foundation if you want that glowly look.
