Ihave like light bags under my eyes and the skintone on my face is not even do you guys know anything that will help with my bags and multi tone face that won't cause me to break out or anything.

I have the same problem... I have freckles on my whole face but my undereye area is a pale color its so annoying I don't know what to do.
