What can help!?

Aloe aloe aloe. Slather as much as you can onto the burn and throw some clothing over it. The more you moisturize, the better you'll feel and the less chance you'll have of peeling.

Aloe Vera but keep it in the fridge, so it feels even better when you put it on :)

Like any burn you need to cool it. Run a cold shower over it for as long as you can bare it. Aloe in the fridge of course. Paracetamol for the pain, which should only last a few days. Sun cream in future please!

Me too! I just sat and let my skin breathe and then put aloe.

DON't use too cold water in the shower! It could shock the burn. Use lukewarm water.

I have a sunburn too! My saving grace is Resolve Wild Yam Emolient! It's a burn cream and I also use it under my eyes when I go to bed.

I'm really pale and got sunburned a lot over the years and there were only a few things that actually helped- one is yogurt. a nice home treatment that really soothes the skin. the other one is a professional burn cream called silverol that has been an absolute life saver for me. it helps with the pain and the skin heals twice as fast! super recommended :)
