Okay so I am a sufferer of excema unfortunately:( I have super sensitive skin and struggle to find moisturisers that give my skin the moisture it needs. I read that giving up dairy can be beneficial from the skin, do any of you guys know more about this? Would it have any health implications in other areas, like with my calcium intake? thank youu :)

I didn't give it up, but I cut back. It really didn't do much for me, and my doctor said I now have calcium deficiency, and have to talk calcium pills. I'de suggest talking to a pro before you give it up completely
