Is waterproof pencil eyeliner the best option for the waterline? What's your favorite pencil eyeliners?

Maybelline gel liner is the best for me but urban decay pencil liners are pretty good 2. If you put a eyeshadow powder the same color of your liner on top of the liner, it helps it stay put longer.

I agree with urban decayed but not the one called perversion. Estee Lauder's double wear pencils are good aswell x
