Go for naturals, MAC have a massive range and you can build up your own palettes. Go for light shimmery colours and medium and dark browns! Maybe golds for going out! xx

The Naked Basics palette! I am 13 too. It is very neutral and not over the top expensive. I absolutely love it and it looks good with all skin types!

I'd opt for an eye shadow pallet with a wide variety of colors. Brittany B suggested a really cool one from elf. There are also many others from BH Cosmetics which are higher quality and more pigmented. =)

Probably every girl owns one the coastal scents palette it's a good palette to experiment with for a first timer and you get different finishes aswell

I think the Stila: In the Garden palette is really good. It's my favorite becuase they are not to bright and WOW. They are simple but very beautiful. :)

Don't buy something high end. I'm 15 and started wearing makeup around your age and a coastal scents palette is the way to go! not sure on the price but they have a wide range of them I would try a neutral one
