It is the most unnatural thing for me to do but soooo simple. Who releases a section of hair into a motorized ANYTHING. That by far is the most difficult thing about this little gem. Every time I am about to release the hair, I almost just can't stand it! Everything so far is perfect with this thing. It has already paid for itself in just the fact it passed the "Samara" ( granddaughter) test. You will use it and it will pay for itself very quickly.
