Hydrogen peroxide works! add some to your brush with your toothpaste! leaves them sparkling white!

Here's 2 options: A) you can use a mix of a teaspoon of baking soda and one strawberry, then mash them together in a bowl, brush on teeth for 2 mins, then leave on for 3 mins, rinse. B) take a banana, peel off a section of skin, then rub the inside part of the skin onto your teeth, leave for 5 mins, then rinse and brush your teeth regularly.

Lime and lemon will mess your teeth up , the acid.

@Aly A. You are correct; so will strawberries.

Mix baking soda and water into a paste and gently brush, then brush your teeth with toothpaste like normal. I would only do this once a week or less; baking soda is abrasive and using it too often will damage your teeth and gums. I wouldn't use peroxide at home because it isn't strong enough to bleach your teeth unless you use quite a lot, which runs the risk of poisoning yourself (even slowly over time).

The best and safest way is to have your dentist whiten your teeth, then use upkeep and prevention to maintain them. Drink beverages through a straw to minimize staining, use a toothpaste with whitening, and brush or chew sugar-free gum after meals (Trident is inexpensive and helps prevent cavities as well).

It does actually work, but hydrogen peroxide works just as well.

I personally tried mixing baking soda with lemon and it worked wonders on my teeth.. Like it was really really white.. The brand of the baking soda that I use is by arm and hamer. And it doesn't really ruin your teeth since you brush away the access product

Lemon & lime kills your enamel. Would not recommend.
