I've heard you can but I don't want to try I case they look at me like I'm crazy when I really do want the item. Haha. So I want to know if you have tried or know if you can! Lol.

If its a chain store or there are many of them no because its not in their hands. you can with independant jewelers because they own the store most of the time!

Yes when my husband bought my new wedding it was quite expensive so he brought the amount he wanted to pay for it in cash and told the jeweler that was all he had to spend. It worked, we ended up with about a $750 discount. And it was from a chain store.
