Last night, I just realized why my eyes hate my eye makeup. I thought it was because I don't wear eye makeup much, but I tested out 2 looks one on each eye. I used my Rimmel white kohl liner one one eye, but a different (black) liner on the other. The one side with the Rimmel liner made my eye water horribly...
So, my question is which non-liquid white eyeliner would you recommend?
My eyes also hate anything waterproof. And yes, I still want to wear eyeliner, so "no" is not an option! -__-'

I can't get anything from Ulta, so I'll probably have to order it online. Or there's a store that secretly sells Nyx somewhere by me lolz Never heard of prestige! I'll look it up :) I'll try the Elf one. It's worth a shot for $1.

Jaime I found out today Marshalls has NYX products super cheap. They had a ton of NYX and ELF. Hopefully you'll have one of those close by.

Sweet! Thank you, Jay! Turned out that my foundation was irritating my eyes due to the smell! I stopped using it, and boom! back to normal! But I do need a new white liner... I tried the elf one, and it was a no go for me, so I'll try nyx. I have found some lovely gift boxes filled with random nyx stuff at marshalls. So, I'll check there again soon! :D.

Wahooo! Alma turned me on to Marshalls...she's awesome. She said you can sometimes find UD 24/7 eyeliner cheap. So I'm going to keep my eyes peeled for em'! So glad you figured out what was hurting your eyes. Now you can go back to having fun with make-up again. Good luck in your search! :)

I love Alma! She found Urban Decay products there?! I've only found cheap nyx stuff, and a few cheap pairs of Katty Perry eyelashes! I'm going in there every time I get the chance now! lolz Oh, I have been, and threw out that foundation! Good luck to you, too, Jay! :D

IKR! Ya she said she found UD 24/7 eyeliners there for $3! I'm dying to try them but don't want to spend $19 on one pencil. Gonna keep looking. hear NYX jumbo pencil in milk is awesome too. Hoping to find one of those too. wahooo come on Marshalls...lol.

For $3?! Wow! Yeah, I wouldn't want to spend $19-20 on a pencil no matter the quality. I've hear Nyx milk is good too, but it seems to be sold out where ever I turn. But it's like a fun scavengers hunt! ;D.
