I get these all the time - they are horrible! If you're able to keep makeup off all day then do and just bathe it with either tea tree oil, sudocrem or whatever spot treatment you usually use!

Do not pick at it or try to pop it as that will only make it worse I would recommend staying away from dairy products and drinking lots of water till its gone :) as for the puffiness I'm really sorry but I don't know hope this helped

If you lack tea tree oil, dabbing on some toothpaste for 10 minutes, then rinsing with warm water gently can help ease the pain and dry it up a bit!

It sounds to me like an ingrown pimple those hurt a lot especially to the touch, those you can't really pop you should try rubbing a little a bit of ice to reduce the swelling... they go away on their own, its very normal its just may be a clogged pore. Hope this helps love :)
