Lorac's Glo Getter Palette has a beautiful mint and an orange shade. It's only sold at Ulta though! If you're looking for drugstore - try Wet n Wilds eyeshadows :) For the price they're anazing.

For the Burt orange you could probably use a color tattoo with a angled eyeliner brush.

I think UD would be your best bet for unique eyeliners. Plus, they literally stay on all day. I tested some on my hand and couldn't get it off until I got home and scrubbed it with soap.

Urban Decay came out with a whole new set of colored eyeliners and they have all the colors you could think of, including the ones you want. Try Ulta or Sephora!
