Umm... I wouldn't wear them. Sorry that's just my opinion

How about a simple tank top and accessorize with a long necklace :)

The trousers are fine but maybe iron them they will look better then and I love the colour! A mint green tank top and a nice necklace would be nice or a white tank and scarf.

A tank top or something like this: It's from Victoria Secret. FYI it's a manikin! xp.

I would either dress them way up or way down! I have the same problem styling jersey-knit peg leg pants... they look quite similar but they're ankle length but have a regular rise/crotch area. So this is just from my personal experience with all these kinda similar pants I have.

a couple things to try:
if you're dressing it up, I would wear them with a slight wedge or heel and a blazer.
if you don't like wedges or heels, maybe a ballet flat
I personally find an "almond toe" shaped shoe is really nice looking with my similar pants
keep a slimmer fitting top tucked in-not a skin tight top, but something that is comfortable and fits closely to the body. its really nice contrast and looks great under a structured blazer.

to dress it down:
go with a flat or sandal
...possibly a dainty sneaker (like a pair of converse or keds, nothing bulky)
you can wear a looser top for a laid back look
you can also keep a tighter fitting top (one that you would wear under a blazer) and keep it tucked in or untucked
layering also works for a dressed down look, but I would style with circle scarves and baggier cardigans or utility jackets instead of something more structured

I think its pretty hard to style these pants (but possible!), so you would definitely have to try a lot of combinations before you find something that's "just right" Good luck!
