No, but other oils do. Try argan, rosehip or vitamin e oil.

No, it's a nice moisturizing treatment after using aggressive therapies for scarring though. My face is dry and peeling from Dr. Obagi's new line called ZO and I mix equal parts of coconut oil, almond oil and jojoba oil to comfort my skin.

Yes coconut oil is especially good for acne scars and stretch marks. It won't help you get rid of your acne, but it will fade the scars caused by them.
