Laying in the sun helps dry it out.

Try exfoliating in the shower with a body scrub and a scrubby washcloth! And get a acne fighting body wash with beads in it.

Try a sea salt spray, it works really well for me. What I do is add about two table spoons of sea salt to two cups of warm water. I let it dissolve, then put it in a spray bottle. Every time I get out of the shower, I just give my back a light spray, and it seems to clear it up very nicely. Hope this helps!

Thanks! I'll try the sea salt spray bc exfoliating doesn't work for me and I like to use the African black soap but where can I buy it?

Epsom salt baths helped mine a lot so I think the sea salt spray is a good alternative if you don't have time to have baths!

Honestly what's guaranteed to work is vodka. just fanning on th pimples dries it and shrinks away. if you can somehow get yr hands on an ounce just for that purpose you'll love the results

Wash with African black soap! My boyfriend uses it on his back and it cleared up in less than a week:) just remember to moisturize afterwards.

Try exfoliating in the shower and then using an acne pad all over your back, and top off with oil free moisturizer. =)
