I think an acidwash Jean jacket or a hot pink blazer, hair in casual beachwaves with a flower headband woven in, makeup-a light Brown smoky eye with a pink lip, nails-maybe a rose pattern to match the dress or pink with a white accent finger, shoes- white flats

Light wash jean vest or jean jacket, any kind of white or cream/nude jewelry would look great. Maybe some pearl or rose earrings? :) For shoes, try white or light pink bow flats (found cheap @ Ardene) or a cream heel, or a kitten heel. :)
