I agree with Rachel, cute dress and flat sandals, or jeans with a cute top is fine. Just make sure you're comfortable in what you wear and you'll be fine, House parties are quite casual so no heels!

House parties are messy parties. Jeans, a cute top and some cute flats that aren't made of suede or fabric. Trust me...I have a ton of house party experience under my belt when I was your age and I ruined a ton of nice outfits from attending house parties.
