I have black heads on my nose but most of my breakouts happen on my chin and sides of my face and I know its because I rest my face on my hands and touch those parts of my face a lot - I heard if you break out a lot on your cheeks its because your pillow case is dirty and that part of your face rests mostly on your pillow so try changing the case once a week n see if that helps.

I mainly break out on my cheeks...I have been clear for a while since my food changes and kicking out dairy but I have the acne scars that show the battle I had.
