I would love to have my long hair back and long nails but my hair and nails grow so slow and extensions are too expensive and I don't like acrylic! Any ideas, ladies?

My hair grows extremely slow too! I've found it stays healthier and grows a bit faster when I straighten less :P.

I've been trying that I hardly ever straighten my hair anymore but it still doesn't seem to help. I guess I'm just very impatient! Lol

My nails grow extremely slow also! Recently I've been using essies grow faster clear coat polish...its amazing!! my nails are growing! in just two days of use you can tell the difference...If you want to grow them fast you should reallg try it:) thats a picture of my bottle (: hope you try it!!

I take two prenatals a day. my eye lashes are definitely longer and my hair is growing faster. takes a couple weeks to see the difference though
