For blue jean shorts, go to the thrift shop and cut a pair of high waisted mom jeans! Super cheap, and you can personalize them! You could even bleach them if you're looking for a white pair! But if you'd rather purchase a pair, Forever 21 has some great ones! I have a few pairs and love them all!
