Mac prep and prime products are really good but are a little pricey. Sometimes I just use a concealer that is a little too light for my skin and that definitely brightens up my eyes and face.

Inexpensive-Maybelline instant age rewind.
Expensive- Mac Prep + Prime in radiant rose or light boost. I use radiant rose to cover and also highlight my under eye area. The pink tone in this product neutralizes dark circles.
