And I know this is going to sound weird but get in the sun before you go. I had it really bad and I realized the more I was outside it went away. Also the chlorine in pools is supposed to help too so go to the pool! If you have pale skin like I do the redness might also come along with the acne. I use her gens natural glow to take away some of the redness (since it's a self tanner) without clogging the pores on my back (since it's a lotion). You grow out of it, trust me.

Personally I use neutrogena body scrub..but if you want homemade I'm sure you can make your own body scrub with sugar or salt..oatmeal..honey..olive oil.. or tea tree oil...

Wear tank tops to sleep! That cleared up about 60% of my back acne. Also, exfoliate with baking soda and put apple cider vinegar on every other night. The nights In between, I just wash with my clean and clear face wash.
