My hair used to be down to my belly button, but I had to cut it to my shoulders because it was extremely dead so dead I couldnt even straighten it anymore for all the bleaching and heat I used! so now I'm trying my best to grow my hair out again! any tips or products ii should use??

Coconut oil, braid your hair or put it in a bun when you go to sleep. When you wash your hair, put in in a hair mask. (Do NOT wash your hair everyday) Getting your hair trimmed once a month also helps. 😋💆💇

Yeah I don't get trims at all! last time I cut my hair was when I cut it all off! and hmm maybe I will consider it! you tried F.A.S.T shampoo but I'm nit so shure it really worked!

I've heard that birth control pill method is false. If you think about it, hair is technically dead. Your scalp is what really takes in vitamins. Our hair growth has nothing to do with birth control and the hormones in it. If you want more hair growth, choose biotin as a supplement, drink more water and have a balanced diet, and get trims every 6-9 weeks. Your hair won't grow longer if the ends are damaged. It will just snap off and look uneven. Everyone grows hair faster and slower depending on their body's chemistry.

I used to take biotin but I stopped cuz my eyebrows kept growing like crazy and honestly. aint nobody got time to be plucking them! LOL but maybe I should consider biotin again.
