I love makeup with a passion, but I sweat so easily! And with the warmer months approaching you can see where that would be a problem. My question is: is there any way I can "sweat-proof" my makeup? I'm desperate!

I worked on a bridesmaid once who had a similar issue. I first prepped the areas of her face where she would feel "sweaty" (she identified her T-zone and cheeks as problem areas) with a mattifying skincare product from Dermalogica, although there are numerous quality products on the market, which is typically used on oily skin to absorb excess oil. Next, I used Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer in Light to smooth out the skin for foundation and concealer. I don't remember specifically what products I used for foundation and concealer. For blush, I began with a cheek stain from Benefit, which I carefully blended and layered with my fingers to build color. Once all of the liquids were applied, I misted the face with Urban Decay's De-Slick Oil Control Setting Spray. After the spray dried, I set the entire face with Make Up For Ever HD silica powder, going over the entire face using a fan brush and then pressing in additional powder on the problem areas using a powder puff. I added regular powder blush on top of the cheek stain, layering and blending, and then set with a thin veil of translucent silica powder and a fan brush. I added a touch of minimal powder highlighter from MAC to her cheekbones, then misted the finished face with the Urban Decay spray again. I instructed her to use blotting papers instead of powder if she needed them, and gave her a few Boscia peppermint ones I carry with me, but she said she barely needed them by the end of the night!

I use concealers on my problem areas, then use a foundation that is for oily-combination skin (mine is dry/sensitive-combination) I really like maybelline superstay 24 makeup foundation.
Set everything with powders and sometimes spray a bit of hairspray over my face.
That works best for me.
