Something natural looking with maybe a thin line of eyeliner. You don't want your eyes to over power your lips.

I love using cream and plum colours together, they compliment the red so beautifully. I think you could use any colour as long as it was muted so it wasn't competing with the brightness of the red lips.

I'd try to keep the eyes neutral with just a cat eye or dramatic eyeliner and lashes as the red itself is a bold statement to the face
