Dry (Dead) Hair. How To Treat?

Hi, I have brown fine but normal volumed hair. the last couple of years I have very dry, dead hair at the top back of my head. it's already dry when I come straight out of the shower.
I don't use any products for my hair that are damaging.
also I cut my hair every 3 months.
any ideas how to treat this?

Do you moisturize your hair? the best thing I can think of that's natural is try doing an olive oil treatment. Heat some in your microwave, then massage into hair, pay.more attention to the problem area. Leave it in overnight and then shampoo out in the morning. Get a rich conditioner too. It may be a bit costly but it will be worth it. I suggest.something with Shea Butter. Or even Moroccan Oil/ argan oil shampoo and conditioner.

Thanks. I tried the conditioning like australian deep conditioning. I'm definitly going to try the olive oil.

Also coconut oil really works to without the Greece of olive oil but they both work! :)
