Do you moisturize immediately after getting out of shower? Soap, water, or shaving cream for shaving?

Your skin probably justs get irritated by the razor. Try using hair removal cream instead.

Maybe try using baby oil about 20 minutes before showering and then a bit after. I have sensitive skin and it works for me.

Your getting razor bumbs/razor rash. I put coconut oil before and after I shave and It keeps it away and my legs soft and smooth. Also, trying being gentler and slower when shaving.

If you shave every day then that's probably why, and if you have a cheap razor too!

Razor bumps?

I would not be using a new one every time. I use a razor and it lasts 4 weeks before I need to change it.

Try running cold water on your legs before drying them or moisturising.

If the lotion you're putting on afterwards is scented it could be irritating your skin. That's what it does to mine. Coconut oil works the best! (:

Shaving cream (the gel kind that foams) contains alcohol, which is drying as well as irritating to the skin. Also the foam doesn't actually allow as close of a shave. The best shave is with an actual shaving cream. Coconut oil would work great as well as conditioner is actually a very common leg shaving medium as well. Hope this helps :)

Averda carries a very nice actual shaving cream and it works beautifully (rosemary mint)

It could be razor burn or keratosis pilaris. Mine acts up immediately after I shave but then gets better soon after since shaving is an exfoliant. Maybe?

Make sure that you are using unscented lotion and shaving cream! I get those too if I don't use unscented lotion after I shave.

It's probably from using a new razor every time. I only get razor bumps the first time I use a razor.

You have razor burn. Use baby powder then moisturizer.

Yes it's normal. You're not really supposed to shave every single time you have a shower but I'm guilty of it lol. You don't need to change your razor every time you shave. Change it once a week. New razors and extremely sharp and irritate the skin if your skin is already aggravated or has razor burn or those small bumps. You also don't want to use a dull razor. Try waxing or, I personally use a men's razor, Gilette Fusion. It's waaaay better than any women's razor. I barely get razor burn from it.

This is perfectly normal. This can be caused by ingrown hair that is irritated by hot water. Try taking a cooler shower and add some gold bond cream to reduce irritation. Try taking a cooler water temperature while showering also.GOOD LUCK.

Sounds like razor bumps or ingrown hairs. Try to change the type of razor you use, try something with a little more quality if you use cheap razors.Try not to shave so often and wipe the area with an antiseptic after shaving.
