I have pale skin as well and I learned that I can wear almost anything but I have ti stay away from deep browns, black, and orange based colors. Other than that I can wear anything, just make sure the colors don't wash you out

I have very pale skin as well. I find most colours work well and vibrant colours work best. I recommend staying away from pastel colours, and yellows, oranges, and very light greys. My favourite palette in the world is my Urban Decay Vice palette. I think pale skin and pull off all the colours they have.

I have yet to find foundation pale enough to match my pale warm skin tone. Everything I try is either too pink or too dark for me. But as far as everything else I find lighter colors look really good on eyes and lips and light or dark blush looks good or at least on me haha.

I am pale too and I use nars Siberia foundation. I favor pink toned blushes, nude/tan/pinkish lip products and very light bronzers. But pale can pull off just about anything as long as you know how to blend it in well and use the right amount. Generally, I don't do pastels, or anything lip that is super close to my skin color or I look dead face. But you will find that their are people that tell you 'you can't wear this or that color or this or that' way but really it is about expressing who you are and not conforming to what others believe you should be. I also agree with Shauna S. the vice palette is amazeballs and I use it almost everyday. I guess I am 'vibrant eyed' as well.
