Shoes to match this dress? Help please? :)

Hello! So I recently bought this dress, and I am at a loss as to what shoes to pair it with.. :/ Not going to lie, I don't have much style sense (more of a jeans and t-shirt kinda girl) so even buying a dress was a little bit of going out on a limb. Preferably, the shoes need to be under $50, closed toe, and I'm not much into heels, I'd like the shoe to be versatile, but I'm open to suggestions :) I was thinking a jean jacket, short cropped, would go nicely with the dress. Keep in mind, I'm 16 and would like to wear this to school, so it needs to be appropriate. I'm 5'3'', fair skinned, blonde hair, and when it comes to clothes, the simpler, the better :) Thank you so much for your help!
