For the longest time, I have had some dry skin around my nose. I drink lots of water to stay hydrated but its not cutting it. I wash my face with cocoa butter soap and it does nothing but cleanse the rest of my face. The skin peels a lot especially during the winter too :-( Anyone have a solution?

I use Nutrugena moisturizing lotion and Almay wake up makeup!! The Almay is a wonderful powder that gives me a good finish and it helps!!
