And for drugstore brands: I love NYX matte lipsticks, as well as all of their lip products- they're around $3-6 but the pigmentation is sooo strong with one swipe, and the color selection is amazing for "drugstore" (although in my opinion the quality of NYX is not drugstore quality). That being said my favorite everyday shades from NYX are: hippie chic, nude, and pale pink- I wear these three the most. other good nudes and pinks from NYX are: strawberry milk, narcissus, sash, Thalia, pure nude, chic, and marrakesh pink are all gorgeous baby pinks, light coral pinks, and nudes. The only downfall I feel with the matte lipstcks is that they can be drying if you don't apply some type of moisture underneath (not really drying but not moisturizing because they're matte so just keep that in mind too!)
Sephora's lip liner and lipstick in candid candy is also really gorgeous too (and pretty affordable you can buy the liners as cheap as $5 and the lipsticks are around $10 with matching glosses for $12)
For lipgloss I love mac's lipglass glosses but they can get pricey if you want to buy a lot of them at a time, so for drugstore brand I would suggest revlons lipglosses, my favorite revlon color is peach petal its a gorgeous everyday nude it's soo pigmented and isn't sticky, I litterally wear this everyday- my second favorite from revlon is bellini and it's a more coraly nude color- very good texture and pigment, plus these are around $6-$8 :)
Also if you like NARS turkish delight lipgloss but don't want to spend the $28 on it, the best dupe I've found for it was @ Ulta, by a brand called Essence and the XXXL shine lipgloss was called nude candy- it's seriously the excact same as turkish delight just minus the nasty plastic smell of nars lipglosses, and the essence one was $2.99, so you're saving a lot there!
The picture I attached are my NYX Matte lipsticks (in order from left to right) nude, pale pink, and hippie chic, hope you like these colors!

Also I forgot to mention 2 new lipsticks I purchased a few days ago that are really pretty too, Rimmel just came out with the kate moss lipsticks and the shade is 113 (I only found this at one wallgreens, after checking like four different ones) and this is really similar to the soft nude shade in the picture, and Loreal's new colour riche lipsticks in 169 pink plush is a really pretty baby pink with a satin finish, however this isn't very pigmented so it takes a lot to get some good color pay off but it is really moisturizing and what I really love about this lipstick ist that it doesn't settle in your creases/cracks/imperfections on your lips!

Oh good! You're so welcome love! I'm glad I could help! Those are all of my favorite lip colors & I'm glad you like them! I remember how dificult it was for me to find some staple everyday colors because I'm so picky and esp with drugstore- finding colors through them can be a complete pain! You can always find the full complete selection of lipsticks for drugstore at Ulta rather than wallgreens or cvs sometimes will have a smaller selection. Plus wallgreeens you can watch their ads they usually have buy one get one free or buy one get one 1/2 off for cosmetics which will help!! I'm really glad I could help though & let me know if you need anymore help!! :)

Deff understand where you're comming from, it was like that for me when I dyed my hair blonde from black certain things can just too easily make you look trashy rather than edgy, such a fine line there... I actually picked up a revlon lipstick today called pink pout and it's a great everyday mauvey pink it's a little darker than I'd normally wear but it's realy pretty :) and thanks! I feel like it's really hard for me to find things in my taste anyways, like not too many brands have nude lipsticks and glosses it's like I don't understand why not? because it's so trendy for a smokey eye and a nude or pink lip you'd think they'd have more options then they do, I'm mainly talking about drugstore- most high end have really pretty nude and pink colors but you have to fork out fifty dollars for lipgloss which just isn't okay! I have a beauty blog too so if you ever have any other questions or anything you're more than welcome to ask me on here or on my tumblr/blogger :)
