Look at your veins at your wrist. If they're green-ish you have a yellow undertone and if they're purple-ish you have a pink undertone. Just looking at one picture is not the best, as the lighting and generally just the colours might be misleading. :)

Try on gold and silver coloured eyeshadow or jewelry. If you look better in gold you're warm and if you look better in silver you're cool.

Hi Riley,
Jaka is completely right in the infamous MUA trick in finding your correct undertone. Just from your picture alone I would say you are in the neutral family. While you may have a pink surface tone it looks like you have a very slight golden undertone to your skin. Look for descriptions like "NC" [Neutral Cool] and then find your correct shade range.
Also, if you are able to go to a makeup counter, have the MUA try three swatches that go all the way from your cheek down through your jawline to make sure there is a seamless match.

You can also try this. if you burn easily you have a pink undertone. burn then tan yellow undertone and if you tan very easily then its olive.
