Garnier BB cream is a great moisturizer and it also gives a matte finish which instantly lightens the skin tone. They claim that continuous usage can add more fairness...

But if you want a natural method go for turmeric facial mask which is very effective on tanned indian skin, from my own experience.

just do a patch test before doing turmeric facial mask to find whether you are allergic...
the mask do sting a lil but that's quite normal..
