Just wondering if any one else feels my pain and insecurity...

Hi Catherine,
Keratosis Pilaris is all too common - there is no need to feel pain and insecurity. It's actually quite easy to treat as well. I recommend trying Dermadoctor products. They are FANTASTIC! Here is a review:

From my personal experience, when using this with the Clarisonic body brush, my KP cleared up within 2 weeks.
Very best!

Yes,
I am victim of it. People used to comment on how gross it is but I really don't care whatsoever. Its normal and I wear short sleeves all the time.

Thank you guys so much! I have gotten used to my skin, but since summers coming I wanted to see if I could do anything about it. It covers my ENTIRE body and I look like I have ance on my skin, it's pretty bad.

Catherine,
I have KP on my legs, butt, arms and even my face! You are not alone. I began wearing foundation in fifth grade because of that. No products really change anything, but I find the most important things are EXFOLIATION and MOISTURIZING! It's true the Clairisonic with skin refining scrub helps, it will NOT clear it up. If you understand the condition, it is impossible to get rid of.. I am saying all this so you don't waste time worrying so much about something you can't change (like how I was strung along by dermatologists)
PLEASE don't hesitate to ask me for any product recommendations! Dermadoctor does have an incredible KP lotion for arms and legs.. Best of luck <3

I heard that the KP Duty that Sephora sells makes it worse. Am I being told wrong info?

I actually trained at Sephora with Dermadoctor and have not heard that feedback. Everyone's skin is different so ask for a sample and do a patch test.
