Incase you think of getting proactive, I advise you not to get it coz it will make your face very sensitive, so if you use it and one day you decide to stop it coz your face is all clear, you would get this massive breakout. Don't ever use it, that's what happened to me and I really regret using it.

I've used a natural yoghurt for a face mask, Leave it on for 20mins twice a day, I did mine in the morning and at night, and it was amazing, it removed my acne and also cleared my face sooooo much.

I use proactiv and it has done WONDERS to my face.. I had the worse acne and scars and deciding to use proactive seriously has cleared and brightened my skin dramatically.. it's my holy grail, I do not regret it all. The only thing however, is that it can't be intense at first if you use too much. It is important to take a slow transition by starting with little of each regime in the beginning until your skin gets used to it. But seriously, I was at a dead end with my acne and I was so lost until I decided to chops proactiv! good luck (:

Clarisonics are seriously a gift from the gods lol. I love mine. But I'd try some of Philosophy's acne products. I wouldn't bother with the cleanser, I stopped using it because I've found most acne cleansers don't really do much because they aren't in contact with the skin very long. But I'd give the acne treatment moisturizer and the spot treatment a try. Those are the two things that worked very well for me and I've repurchased them several times. They have a few other things like medicated acne treatment pads, kind of like what Noxema makes but I haven't tried them myself. I always found any type of medicated cotton pads to be way too drying.
I can't give any advice on dark spots sadly but after reading some comments here I think I'm going to try one from Garnier or maybe L'Oreal's Youth Code one. Exfoliating definitely helps though.

Honestly you should use a professional skincare product if you really want to clear up your skin. Anything you can buy from the grocery store us not going to really help. You would be classified as grade 4 acne which is usually a case of unbalanced hormones. I would go to a dermatologist or local esthetician.

You need to see a dermatologist. you seem to have avne vulgaris which usually needs medication. I'm on isotretanoin (accutane) for my skin and my face is almost spot free already! try the clinique acne solutions 3step to get your skin calmed and clear :)
