I have small dark spots on my leg from shaving a lot.. How do I repair the damage!? I've been moisturizing a lot more And it's not working! I need to fix the damage for spring HELP!

I never heard of tht but ik tht lemon juice helps scars and black spots so does vitiumn e.

I have the exact same problem many people call them strawberry legs but I can't seem to find a solution.It stops me from wearing shorts :(
