Some are good some are not. It just depends. In my opinion, the best items from elf that I've tried are the elf powder brush, gel liner, brush cleaner, SPF tinted moisturizer

Elf is really hit or miss. The skin products are pretty bad, but they have lots of great other products. I recommend the eye primer, lip stain, eye brightening shadow, the luscious liquid lipstick, and the eye shadow brushes are great.

I agree with Natalie, definitely a hit or miss. I personally like their studio line brushes, mineral products (they're a bit messy though), gel eye liners, brow kit, blushes, some eyeshadows, and their eyeshadow primer.
