You can get decent priced fabrics at stores like joanns I sew a lot! But it can be pricy I made a peacock costume and it was about $100 with everything including peacock feathers lol

Tiffany, I life in Vancouver, and we have really terrible fabric stores, the best and cheapest place is Dressew, and I went to get material for one if my dresses, and it came up to 4000, also the silk wasn't exceptional, and I only want to use exceptionsl materials, so I found 2 new suppliers, but they are in Paris and London, and their fabrics are like 5x the price:(

And Alicia, I design haute couture (old fashioned I know) lol so I can't use a surger, Everything has to be hand sewn perfectly.
