First exfoliate the dead skin off so the moisturizer can penetrate. Find both a serum and moisturizer that contains Hylauronic acid in it. This ingredient acts as a moisture magnet so you will get maximum moisture for your skin.

Palmers even skin tone soap works very well for evening the skin. Also exfoliate and moisturize every morning and night.

Before you apply any lotion you should use a scrub! Now I learned how to make a green tea scrub and it's super helpful! add two tablespoons of sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoon of jasmine green tea, and a little baby oil! the baby oil will help with dryness, sugar will take off dead skin, and the green tea will exfoliate your skin and cleanse it! with a spoon add a penny size amount to a cotton pad or cotton ball. rub evenly on face for about 3-5 minutes and wash! hope this helped!
