OMG my skin has broken out with these awful cysts... On my face. Thus is such an fml moment. On anti biotics now but can anyone recommend anything too help keep them away. OMG my face off all places. Really!! I want too hide forever haha.

Have you tried applying honey?try it my sister has the same issue so she likes applying honey with tea tree oil.my brother says eat melons to help with acne.

I've been taking Evening Primrose for PMS it's also supposed to be good for hormonal/cystic acne. I've been on them for about 2 months & have had no pimples. It has also kept my PMS much more under control ;) Although the pills are gianormous!!

Thanks everyone. I went and got them injected with a steroid. A whole lot of research later and because it's hormonal the only real thing is medication :-( but I have just purchased a diamond micro dermabrasion machine too help with scaring too. Thank you everyone I appreciate your help xxxx
